Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure Pretties

*PRESS SAMPLE*

Hello, friends! Today I'd like to share some new pretties from Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure! Feast your eyes!
From left to right: Pink Shell, Dark Denim, Desert Poppy, Pink Shell (two coats each)

Each of these polishes applied easily and dried quickly (if you're a regular here, you know that I ADORE the CSM brushes). While Pink shell was a bit frosty for my taste, they were all opaque and pretty in two coats. My favorite of the three is Desert Poppy, a bright, sunny orange.

Head on over to Sally Hansen to check out all of their awesome products!

Zoya Island Fun Collection

*PRESS SAMPLES*

Hello, friends! Today I'd like to share the other Zoya Summer 2015 collection. It is called Island Fun and consists of six bright, vibrant cream shades. Alas, only five fingers on each hand so one is missing but it will be featured in an upcoming post.  Here are the five I'd like to share today:
From thumb to pinky: two coats each of Demetria, Jace, Talia, Serenity and Nana

Honestly, each of these five polishes applied easily and were opaque and shiny in two quick coats. My favorite is Talia because I am a sucker for blues but I was super-pleased with each and every one. I can't wait to try the remaining polish in this collection, Cecilia, described on the Zoya website as a "classic teal".

I'd love to hear your thoughts on this collection. Which one is your fave?

**UPDATE: Here's a peek at the "missing" polish, the lovely Cecilia,  I really like all six of these polishes but the blues and greens stained badly, FYI.

Zoya Paradise Sun Collection

*PRESS SAMPLES*

Hello, lovelies! Today's post features the brand spankin'-new Paradise Sun collection from Zoya. It is comprised of five summer brights and one summer white. Feast your eyes!
Zoya Genesis (three coats)

Zoya Aphrodite, Selene, Oceane, Isa and Mae (two coats)

You know your girl Kari keeps it real, yes? Genesis was a super-bummer. I wanted to love it. In the bottle, it's a pearl-y white with beautiful shimmer, plus Genesis happens to be one of my favorite bands. But after three coats (one more than I like to have to apply), it was still slightly patchy and took forever to dry. I had dents and dings long after what I consider an adequate time to dry. *tear*

However, as much as I was unimpressed by Genesis is as much as I LOVED the remaining five colors in this collection. They are bright, jewel-toned and looked great after two quick easy coats. I know they will be in heavy rotation in my collection.

I ask that you please forgive my funky cuticles and nubs in the photos. As you can probably see, I had an awful thumbnail break and honestly, my only excuse for the wretched cuticles is that I haven't found a successful cuticle-care regimen. I'm open to any and all suggestions!

You can find these and all the Zoya polishes and products HERE. If you try them, I'd love to hear your thoughts.
